I'm all about book covers this month. This is a cover/poster/blurb for my story for National Novel Writing Month in November! (2007)

I got carried away with the sparklies and the leaves so the title is a little buried, but oh well. I stole my title from a line by Mr. Poe: "All that we see or seem, is but a dream within a dream." It seemed fitting for my plot:

What will happen when the potentially greatest mage of the millenium befriends a passionate but struggling artist? I'll find out in November...

Drawn in pencil, tinted and colored in Paintshop.

26 Oct 2007	Gwenivere Stephan	Loading... Ooh, great picture and really intriguing! I would totally pick that book up in the library and probably take it with me, too! I love the colors and how muted they are and the idea is great. I'll have to find you in November and read a novel excerpt
27 Oct 2007	Green Phoenix	Loading... I love the concept behind this, the writer/artist bringing to life worlds and characters, something that itself is not often visually represented. The image has a nice sense of movement and subtle colours, but to me looks for some reason just a little incomplete. Maybe its the sketchiness and a slight lack of contrast. ~#@
